Step 2: Log into the Listcounts portal and select the records that meet your criteria.  Contact an NFocus representative for assistance if needed. Automatic data subscriptions may also be available to meet your needs. (Data Acquisition)

Step 3: Suppress your existing customers from your list, append tracking to your prospect database, and score the database for the best records available. (Data Processing)

Step 4: Create a multi-touch campaign of direct mail and email. (Data Assimilation)

Step 5: Postal Optimize your prospect database to reduce costs and provide the data to your preferred print partner. (Data Processing/Postal Optimization)

Step 6: Collect the response and matchback to your original prospect list to gain knowledge of who responded and how to build towards your next campaign. (Analytics – leading back to Step 1)
