Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California residents have the right to request deletion of their Personal Information.<\/p>\n

If you are a California resident and decide to pursue a deletion request, we will delete your Personal Information, subject to any applicable exemptions by law or policy. For example, we may retain Personal Information that is needed to prevent fraud or to meet our legal obligations. Additionally, we are not able to delete your Personal Information from any third party\u2019s records, however, we will request that our service providers delete your Personal Information to the same extent we delete it.<\/p>\n

We may delete your Personal Information by permanently deleting it, deidentifying it, or aggregating it with Personal Information from other people.<\/p>\n

To request deletion of your Personal Information from our systems, please complete the form at the bottom of this page or call us at 1-844-201-3013. On receipt of your request, we may request additional information if we are unable to verify your identity based on comparing the information you submit with information we retain in our files, or if we believe additional information is needed to verify your identity. We may send you and require you to return a signed declaration, under penalty of perjury, verifying your identity and request. You will receive a confirmation of our receipt of your request within 10 days after submission.<\/p>\n

We have 45 days to respond with confirmation of deletion or an explanation of the reasons we were unable to delete your Personal Information. We may also inform you that we need up to 45 additional days to respond and the reason we need additional time.<\/p>\n

If you are an authorized agent of a requesting consumer, you must provide a written authorization from the consumer or a copy of a lawful power or attorney that permits you to submit the request on the consumer\u2019s behalf. You may provide that written authorization to us via email at consumer@n-focus.com<\/a> after submitting the request. We may contact you or the consumer on whose behalf you claim to act to verify your authorization.<\/p>\n
