Listcounts September 13, 2019 – Release Notes

NFocus has launched the first in a series of upgrades to our online data portal Listcounts.  Upgrades will add additional features, increase intuitiveness, and improve the overall user experience.  Subsequent releases are scheduled throughout 2019 and 2020.

The first implementation focuses on user account management.

Differences users will notice for this upgrade:

  • Account Management drop-down menu in top right corner
  • Upgraded user experience of the Account Management menu
  • Addition of Companies tab

Account Management drop-down menu

Users will notice a new user ID menu in the top right corner of the screen.  By clicking on the drop-down menu, users can quickly access their Account Management menu.

A new horizontal Account Management menu provides a simplified user experience for users to manage certain aspects of their Listcounts account.  Simplified fields and more intuitive headings make it easier for users to complete information.

Companies tab

Listcounts users will now notice the new Companies tab.  This consolidates two previous features: customer information in the Address Book and the company information box.
