Tim Schryver, Software Development Manager, was awarded the Helping Others Succeed award for the second quarter of 2019. The award is given quarterly to an NFocus employee who shows exemplary conduct in helping others succeed.
Tim is focused on helping others succeed through the continual development and improvement of our proprietary software solutions including the Listcounts ® data portal.
“Tim has said that his goal is to make our software the best it possibly can be,” said Doug Cronin, President of NFocus. “He has worked tirelessly to his goal, and the results have been tremendous.”
Tim is continuously helping our clients and the NFocus Customer Service department by improving Listcounts’ productivity and functionality. As Software Development Manager, Tim also plays a large role in helping NFocus succeed by mentoring and leading our team of Developers.
Tim has been working in software field since 2012 and has experience in Healthcare, eCommerce fulfillment and Marketing. Tim grew up in Thornville and currently lives in Lancaster with his wife, two kids and two dogs.

The Data Analyst is responsible for processing data for direct mail campaigns, creating reports, understanding USPS rules and regulations, and analysis of data for rank scoring/modeling.

Tiffani Rossi, Client Growth Specialist, was awarded the Helping Others Succeed award for the first quarter of 2019. The award is given quarterly to an NFocus employee who goes above and beyond helping others succeed.
“‘Helping others succeed’ is the NFocus vision statement, it drives everything we do,” said Doug Cronin, President of NFocus. “Tiffani is an example of someone who takes great pride in helping others succeed, whether that is with her co-workers, our clients, or people outside of NFocus.”
Tiffani is focused on helping clients with their marketing efforts by optimizing targeting, improving data quality and analyzing results. As the Client Growth Specialist, Tiffani works one-on-one with clients to build custom data solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
Tiffani frequently collaborates with other departments in NFocus to help. It is common for Tiffani to be found working with the Account Managers or the Data Analysts helping build solutions.
Tiffani earned a Bachelor’s degree from Park University and an Associate’s degree from Hocking College. Tiffani was born and raised in Lancaster, Ohio where she currently lives with her husband, two kids, two dogs, a cat and a turtle.
This developer will contribute to innovation which is critical for the growth of a fast growing, mission-driven sustainable business. The Full Stack Developer is responsible for the development of web applications that take into consideration all aspects of application development architecture design including – performance, scalability, coding, caching, security, encryption, session state management, and error logging and testing. Successful candidates will be self-starters and have a passion for software development. Collaboration with all NFocus departments and with our enterprise customers is required, making good communication and interpersonal skills essential.
